Surprise The Man On Your Gift List With A Man Purse

It has been reported on the news that lately some men seem to be taking up the habit of carrying purses, or at least what looks like a purse. The purses are being manufactured by many companies like Chanel, Roxy, Kenneth Cole, Christian Dior, Jansport, Embassy, Ellington, American West, Zero Halliburton, Lodis, and many more.

These bags are made out of Leather, PVC, Cotton, Nylon, Suede, Canvas, Satin, Down, Plastic, Beaded, and more. There seems to be a growing trend in men's purses but there are some men who think it would strip their manhood if they are caught carrying a purse. Many of the bags seen are just camera bags, which contain the guy's camera and film, etc.

This may be where the idea began or maybe the idea was started when some guy didn't want the women to look better then them by carrying a fancy bag. We may never know what started it, but the purse manufacturers have grabbed the idea and are spitting out the men's purses. The research shows that they are not much different than a ladies purse so why label them men's or women's?

They are just purses and if a man feels brave enough to carry one, that is his business. There will probably be a lot of people put off about it from some until the idea soaks in. This is not just a fad here in the United States. Men in London have been seen walking around with purses strapped over their shoulders. Wonder how many purses will be left in bathrooms until they get used to carrying them. It is ironic because a lot of women do not carry purses any more.

They like to use their pockets. Could it be that there is going to be a reversal trait here? Good, the men can cram the ladies things in their purses for a change. For many years the woman had to stuff everything from cigarettes to toys in their purses and carry the stuff for the men and kids. While some men's bags look like ladies purses, some of them are just shopping bags made from reusable nylon.

The prices vary from around $8 up into the hundreds. Guess it depends on what the occasion is. If it is for eveningwear, one would assume they would carry a leather or more expensive material bag. Wonder if the men models will soon be walking down the runway with a purse to match their suit? This subject is something that is going to get a lot of laughs for a while. It takes a lot of guts for a guy to walk down the street in New York or London with a purse slung over his shoulder.
