A private plastic surgery clinic in Utah pays far less for their facility. Furthermore, a doctor can live a similar lifestyle as a doctor in Los Angeles, but at a much lower cost. In other words, doctors in Utah spend much less money than doctors in California do.

The cost of breast augmentation and other plastic surgery services in Utah is so much lower, that adding in the cost of a roundtrip plane ticket and hotel stay still results in a much lower cost. And, when the patient comes out of surgery, they'll have the opportunity to ski the best snow on earth!
